Each InStyle Bathrooms & Renovations location is an independently owned and operated business. While we share a trusted brand and commitment to quality, every Licensee operates as its own legal entity.
Your Contractual Agreement
Your contract, agreement, and all associated warranties are strictly between you (the Client) and the individual Licensee engaged for your renovation project.
As each Licensee is independently owned, pricing, local promotions, and contract terms may vary between locations.
InStyle Bathrooms & Renovations Pty Ltd (the Licensor) and its related entities are not direct parties to your service contract, except where required by law.
Responsibility & Compliance
The individual Licensee you hire is solely responsible for:
- Providing all services and high-quality workmanship.
- Honouring all project-related warranties.
- Maintaining appropriate business insurance.
- Complying with all local regulations and contractual obligations.
Legal Disclosure
Each InStyle Bathrooms & Renovations Licensee is independently owned and operated and is solely responsible for the provision of services, workmanship, warranties, insurance, compliance, and contractual obligations relating to projects undertaken by that Licensee.
