1. Our Services
InStyle Bathrooms & Renovations provides bathroom renovation services including consultation, design assistance, product selection, material procurement, installation, project coordination, and related renovation works.
From time to time, InStyle Bathrooms & Renovations or its Licensees may advertise special promotions, discounts, package offers, or incentives. Such offers may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice and may be subject to additional conditions.
2. Estimates and Quotations
Any estimate or quotation supplied by us is based on information available at the time of preparation and is provided as an indication of anticipated costs.
Project pricing may vary due to changes in scope, site conditions, client selections, supplier pricing, labour availability, or unforeseen circumstances. A final written quotation or contract will be provided before works commence.
3. Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve project scheduling and secure resources for your renovation.
Payment terms, including any progress payments, will be outlined within the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all amounts owing must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule contained in the contract.
Accepted payment methods may include electronic funds transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
4. Workmanship and Warranties
We are committed to delivering quality workmanship and professional renovation services.
Workmanship warranties and statutory building warranties will apply in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law and state or territory building legislation. Product warranties remain the responsibility of the individual manufacturers and suppliers.
Specific warranty periods and conditions will be detailed within your project agreement.
5. Variations, Changes and Cancellations
Where a client requests changes to the agreed scope of works, additional costs and time extensions may apply.
Should a client choose to cancel a project, reasonable costs incurred up to the cancellation date may be payable, including design work, administration, materials ordered, scheduling costs, and completed works.
Any changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible to minimise disruption and additional costs.
6. Privacy
InStyle Bathrooms & Renovations values and respects your privacy.
Personal information collected during enquiries, quotations, contracts, and project delivery is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation. Information is collected only for legitimate business purposes, including customer service, project management, warranty administration, and legal compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure information provided on our website, marketing materials, and communications is accurate and up to date, we make no guarantee regarding its completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InStyle Bathrooms & Renovations, its Licensor, and its Licensees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of our website, information, products, or services.
Nothing contained within these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or the provision of services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities within that state or territory.
Acceptance
By requesting a quotation, engaging our services, signing a proposal, or entering into a project agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
